The goods can be returned within 14 days after receipt of the shipment. You can exchange your purchase for another product for the same price or request a refund. The returned or exchanged item must be in the same condition, that is, in the original packaging and with the markings removed. It is allowed to change the product once. The customer covers all costs related to the return or exchange of the product.

We are not responsible for any damage or lost shipments that occur when the goods are returned. If you have not contacted us before returning the product, there is a risk of not receiving the returned product or money.
Promotional products are not subject to a money back policy, unless the product is found to be defective.
If you have received a defective product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Indicate the damage in the message, the order number and attach a picture showing the defect. We will either refund your purchase or send you a new product free of charge.
